Ways to find a Russian wife!
The question in most men's minds when they began a search for a foreign wife is usually if they will find one. You will find, if you have not already, that there are many women in Russia who would like to find a husband and build a family in the United States. The problem is trying to find women who are serious with good family values and avoid the "Ultra Natasha's" while you search. How much is that going to cost you?

There are three basic routes to getting finding your beautiful Russian wife on the Internet They are:

1. Addresses - simple, you buy addresses. Usually a completely irritating endeavor. The women often don't know that their addresses have been sold; mail is a 50% delivery at best, less if the envelope originates in the US. If you do find someone you still must complete all the steps leading to a successful K1 visa by yourself, or with a lawyer. You can expect to pay about $5,000-$20,000 if you are eventually successful. The problem with addresses is that you are unlikely to find a serious, sincere woman this way. You are totally exposed to all the scams that people can think of. There is no one to hold responsible and no one to call when the addresses are frauds. See Inna's notes on this - she received over 50 letters in her apartment in Moscow in July, 1999 alone, one year after being married, and she NEVER sold or supplied her address to any of these Address Sales sites. They simply stole it from a marriage agency and sold it many times to unsuspecting victims.

2. Tours - you travel with a group of men and are taken to parties to meet many women. These companies make money on the tours, and the women have little idea of what is going on. Men are found on the street and hired to hand out a stack of invitations to come and meet "American Men" for marriage at a free party. Some women do show up, and you can imagine that there is absolutely no way to filter out the prostitutes, etc. These tours cost from $6,000 - $12,000 or more. You have a slim chance of finding that perfect match.

3. Matchmaker personal services- The agency acts as your representative to the women, and represents the women to you. Communication is fast. This process could result in just what you want. Often the women have been selected to some degree. The good agencies we know about are in Moscow, and that is exactly the problem. The idea of the solid family values, quality over money, and loyalty are still strong forces in Russia, but they are values that are more common in the smaller cities and towns. Moscow is an international city, and the chance of finding someone to love you for yourself if you're not rich are not good.
