Dear Inna:
I am very happy to write about my engagement to Svetlana. I came
to Sochi last summer and I was not successful in meeting the right
lady for me. But I was not going to stop trying to meet a future
wife in Sochi and I came again in 2009 and I met several ladies,
all of whom were polite, pretty and of good moral character.
I have been impressed by your agency because being one of your
clients is like being a part of a family and you are more than
a matchmaker--you are also a mentor and counselor. You are also
very patient. You sent me Svetlana's profile and I was impressed
and I am glad that I met Svetlana. I considered your advice and
decided that Svetlana is a lady who is very compatible with me.
She is near me in age, beautiful, educated, feminine, and I felt
very comfortable when I was with her in Sochi, and I believe that
I will be able to make her happy when she arrives in America.
I cannot wait for her to arrive in America so that we can become
married and create a happy home together. I communicate with her
every day by text messaging and every day we become closer.
I wish to thank you for the numerous phone conversations that
we have had the past 1.5 years. I am impressed that you devote
so much time and effort into helping a client find a good match
in Sochi. I also wish to thank your sister, Julia, for taking
care of me when I have been in Sochi and for showing me where
the restaurants are, where I can buy food and exchange currency.
Your niece, Juliana, was also helpful. I also wish to thank the
translator, Anastacia, for her excellent translation assistance.
I was very happy with my apartment as it was near the downtown,
and it was clean and cozy.
I found Sochi to be an easy city with which to become familar
and the food in the restaurants was very tasty. It was easy to
buy food and fruit even though I do not speak Russian. I took
three excursions, to the Red Valley, the Tea House and the mountain
at which Svetlana and I became engaged. I enjoyed all three excursions
and I recommend all of them to your clients.
I highly recommend "A Russian Romance" to any good,
single man who is serious about coming to Sochi to find a future
wife. I have found the ladies who are members of your agency to
have good moral character and to be very focused on being married
and having children and having a happy family life. In short,
they have conservative values. I believe that a man who is seriously
looking for such a lady and wants to have a family will not be
disappointed.
Thank you for all your help.
Very sincerely,
Paul

Congratulations to Irina from Sochi
and Gene from New York. Engaged
in Sochi on 25 of December 2007.
Hello Inna,
I have come back from Sochi in a state of pure bliss.
What a beautiful city. I must admit I am a bit surprised
by the whole process, and am quite shocked at how naturally
it all happened for me. At first, I was a bit worried,
probably due to my committment in wanting to find my future
wife. I met many wonderful women, that I'm sure all will
make wonderful wives.
After a few days, Irina walked into the office. My first
thought was wow, what a beautiful, sexy
woman. We went to lunch and had an awesome time.
She was smart, and had a wonderful personality. I
had corresponded with her by mail, and had a good feeling about
her before I arrived, but you never know until you really meet
someone. Because of her work, we were not able to meet
right away again, but once we did, I felt an instant magic again.
And each time we met thereafter my heart sang. She was
absolutely wonderful. She was the perfect girl for me,
the one I had been looking for my whole life. I was extremely happy
with your staff and their committment to helping me find my
wife. Thinking back, I am amazed that after only a week
of spending time with Irina, I proposed to her, and when she
said 'yes', I knew my life was finally complete.
Now that I am back, I cannot stop thinking about her.
I'm not sure how I can thank all of you enough. Please
know I am so appreciative of everyones effort. With all
my heart, Thank you. I do feel like the luckiest
man in the world. It all makes sense to me now.
Again, thanks!
Sincerely, Gene K

Congratulations to engagement
Eric from Wala-Wala , WA, USA
and Alla in Sochi in October 2007!

Dear
Inna!
I just returned home after two wonderful weeks in Sochi where
I met and became engaged to a very special lady, Alla. She was
not one of the ladies I had been corresponding with and I did
not have any expectations going to our first meeting. After
our first meeting, I could see that Alla was attractive but
this wasn't my first rodeo. I wanted to know what she was really
like and you don't learn much only going to cafes for two weeks.
Two days after our first meeting Alla invited me and Anastasia
to her place where she cooked borsht and some other Russian
dishes and we all had a great time. Alla was more casual and
informal than other ladies I had met and this was working for
me.
Things were beginning to roll.
The next day plans were made to go to the beach. Since I had
no swim trunks with me, Alla and I first went shopping for shorts.
It took quite awhile to find my size because most Russian guys
have about 54-inch waists. We finally found a pair of shorts
that I thought would stay up in the surf and we headed to the
beach. At the beach the wind was blowing and the surf was up.
We went swimming and I had a blast. Afterwards we went to a
cafe. I was beginning to see Alla was a much different person
than I had thought. She was practical, intelligent, and easy
to get along with, and we communicated well, even with the language
barrier. She was casual, but elegant, and we were on the same
wavelength on just about everything from our first meeting.
I suggested we go to "Krasnaya Polyana" and ride
horses. Alla liked the idea and the trip was planned. The next
day things took quite awhile to get underway. Alla is the first
Russian lady I met who can actually arrive somewhere later than
me, which is pretty late. Leon and I drank coffee and tea in
the Cafe Cinzano for a hour and a half waiting for Alla and
Anastasia to get it in gear. Leon assured me that waiting this
long was "normale" so I quit worrying about all the
daylight we were burning and chilled. When we finally arrived
at "Krasnaya Polyana" it was too late to ride horses
or even go up the chair lift so I suggested we eat at the restaurant.
At the restaurant we saw a well-stocked fish pond and as it
turned out you could catch your own fish and then the restaurant
would prepare it to your specs. Alla and I had a blast trying
to catch the biggest fish and if it wasn't for the fact that
it was getting dark, I think our private fishing derby could
have gone on longer.
On our next excursion we went to the tea house north of Sochi.
It
makes a great trip for an afternoon and is a rather romantic
spot. I got a lot of photos and we ate a lot of cool Russian
snacks. On the way back, Alla asked me if I wanted to go with
her to her mother's house. I agreed, of course, and so began
our great Russian Road Trip. Alla grew up in a village out in
the backcountry of Krasnodarskii Krai. I thought she said it
was two hours by car, but when Leon and Alla showed up at my
apartment at midnight, I began to think I had misunderstood
her. Once underway, I learned that it was eight hours to Alla's
mother's. Alla was to be the godmother at her niece's christening
at the Orthodox church in her village, and I mean village.
We stopped to get gas at an all-night gas station about 3 a.m.
and I went into the cafe. I was seriously in need of a pepsi
and some doritos. As it turned out there is a zero percent chance
of getting any decent junk food in rural Russia. All I could
get was some tea and a bowl of solyanka, but since Alla had
decided I needed some serious dietary supervision, I guess it
wasn't so bad. After a lot of stops for Leon to check the road
atlas and a lot of discussions between Alla and Leon on the
correct roads to take, we finally arrived at Alla's sister house
sometime after eight in the morning. All we had time to do was
take a nap, eat some breakfast and then get ready to go to the
church. Getting ready for the church ceremony included testing
out the outhouse and forgetting about shaving, since as far
as I could tell, there wasn't any indoor plumbing for 20 kilometers
in all directions. At the church, Alla asked if I wanted to
be one of the official witnesses to the ceremony and I said
yes, but the church wouldn't let
me do it because my long English name freaked them out and they
couldn't write it, so Leon got to be the witness instead. After
we got back to the house in the pouring rain we ate dinner.
And I mean dinner. A table that practically filled the house
was covered with Russian dishes of all kinds. It was pretty
awesome. I think I tried everything on the table, most of which
I had never seen before. Alla's mother and sister were very
good cooks and I knew I was eating a dinner that would be hard
to find at any restaurant. Alla's family was very nice and I
felt very welcome. I could see they were all good, honest people.
After dinner we watched a few folks overdo on the vodka, took
some photos, loaded up the car and headed out about six p.m.
Going
back to Sochi, Alla and Leon decided a different route would
be faster but it took just as long because of map checks, discussions
on proper roads to take, turning around, etc. On the way back
Alla and I had time to talk about some more serious stuff. By
this point, as far as I was concerned, it was going to be Alla
or the airport. Things were smoking so the next day I proposed
and Alla accepted. I had the most wonderful time in Sochi. I
am now working on bringing Alla and her daughter to America.
We are looking forward to getting married and I hope to adopt
her daughter, Kristina.Your office staff in Sochi was fantastic.
I wish to thank Anastasia, Karina, and Julia for all their help
with translating and coordinating activities. Karina and Anastasia
were very helpful and professional I cannot thank Julia, Anastasia,
and Karina, and Leon enough for all their help, and for "A
Russian Romance" for making this all possible. My trip
to Sochi went without a glitch. The apartment was very large,
comfortable
and within a convenient walking distance of the office. I highly
recommend "A Russian Romance." My advice is to just
go and let it flow and see what happens. The staff takes care
of everything so there is nothing to worry about.
Sincerely,
Eric

Dear
Inna,
I have returned from Russia. I had a wonderful
trip
and I wanted to thank you. Svetlana is the most
lovely woman to me and we are happily engaged. I was
so surprised at how well we got along right away. I
felt like we had known each other for our whole lives.
I am sending you some pictures of us.

Overall, I was very happy with your service.
But if
Svetlana had not been there, then I would have been
disappointed. I am very choosy about who I want to be
with, but I think most men would think you have many
nice women.
The one thing that I noticed about the women
that I met through ARR is that they were sincere.
In other agencies I met many women
who were not sincere, and did not represent themselves well. The
women that I met at ARR were honest and genuine. As you know,
I am very happy that I found your agency.
The most important thing to me is that you are very careful in
selecting the women that you represent and they are sincere and
they are honest and they are just as nice in person as anyone
could hope for. You have always been very helpful on the telephone
and responsive to my e-mails. I will recommend your services to
anyone that is looking for a foreign bride.
Thank you again and warmest regards,
Daniel

CONGRATULATIONS
TO EUGENE AND OLESYA! They became engaged in
Sochi October 2007.
Happy
engaged Eugene and Olesya in October 2007!
Subject: TO INNA FROM EUGENE ***I am
IN LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)****
Dear Inna,
I am so happy, happy to tell you that my search is over! I found
in Olesya everything i ever wanted in a girl. I haven't slept
a wink for the past 2 days, my mind is going crazy. All i do at
night is stare at the ceiling with all kind of wonderful
thoughts racing in my head!.
It's 3 PM here, Olesya and I had lunch together, like we did
past 4 days, after which I went to the jewelry store to pick up
an engagement ring that I spent 2 days looking for. I am so thankful
to you that you helped me in my journey to find beautiful, smart
and very kind girl! We
are spending the next 3 days together, she took days off from
work. I am going to propose to her on Saturday, after I meet and
talk to her dad.
It will be very painful for me to get on the plane coming back
on monday.
Inna, I want to THANK YOU AGAIN for EVERYTHING!
Eugene,
This is a true story. Aromantic story. It
happened just this year to a 33 y.o IT Director from New York
named Eugene and to a 20 year old beautiful sweet woman from Sochi,
Russia. This could be your story.
What are you waiting for? Don't
you deserve love?
|
Eugene discovered
A Russian Romance seven years ago. He
was drawn to it because the idea of personal matchmaking made
sense and because our personal approach is completely different
from all dating sites on the Intenet. He had direct contact with
Inna, owner of ARR, and had unlimited help with selecting women
from our website with whom he could begin to build a relationship.
Unfortunately tragedy struck Eugene at that time and he was unable
to travel to Russia because of various circumstances of his life,
illness and worst of all the death his mother.
In September 2007 he once again called Inna in Eugene, Oregon
and became a member of A Russian Romance.
He spent many hours on the phone with Inna talking about his life,
the ladies, and the process of A Russian Romance. Inna recommended
to him a few ladies, and especially one of them Olesya, who possesses
a very good character. Olesya was a wonderful, young, Russian
woman: loving, caring, devoted, intelligent, serious, smart ,
responsible and also fun to be around.
Olesya hasn't had an easy life. Tragedy has befallen her family
with the loss of her loving mother this year. Olesya takes care
of her dad and her younger brother. She lives in suburb of Sochi
and every day she makes the long trip to Sochi by bus to work.
The jewelry store where she works is located just a few minutes
away from our office in the center of Sochi.
Olesya was dreaming about finding a nice man with whom she might
fall in love and who would love her too.
Inna helped Eugene acquire his visa, tickets, hotels rooms and
organized his travel to Sochi very quickly. In October 2007 he
found himself in Sochi where he met the lovely Olesya... They
spent a few days together and realized that they had been waiting
for each other many, many years... It was love from the first
sight. Eugene asked Olesya's father for his daughter's hand in
marriage and for her father's blessing.
Olesya's mom had brought her to the office of A Russian Romance
three years ago. She hoped we would help Olesya find a good man,
a kind hearted man to love and care for her. Unfortunately Olesya's
mom passed away last year. We know that Olesya has found happiness,
and we hope that Olesya's mom knows that we kept our agreement,
our promise. We think she would be pleased.
Eugene was very romantic and proposed to Olesya at sunset on the
beach in Sochi. Now they are in the processing of applying for
their fiancee Visa for Olesya. We wish them good luck, a lot of
love and a long and happy family life!
Inna McNeill and Sochi office staff.
Happy
Olyas'a dad, a very, very happy Olesya, and Eugene (see his letter
to Inna on the left!)
